Represented solar panel manufacture in legal issues related to the operations of their solar panel manufacturing facility. Advise on development agreement and expansion opportunities.
E-Waste Recycling
Finance counsel on a $14 million bond financing for large Chicago-based innovative e-waste facility for northern Europe’s largest industrial recycling company.
Higher Ed Solar
Served as legal counsel to a university in the construction of a system by a national solar developer. This 12MW system remains the largest higher education system in Illinois.
